• First purchase: if AIO Panel does not work for you, ask for a refund within [14] days of your first payment for a plan.
• Renewals and upgrades are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time so the next period is not billed.
• Crypto refunds are sent in the coin you paid with, to an address you give us, for the US dollar amount of the invoice. Network fees are deducted.
• A refunded license is revoked; your servers return to the free plan and keep running.
