These terms apply when you buy an AIO Panel plan from [LICENSOR LEGAL NAME] on aiopanel.net. Use of the software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement.

Plans and licenses

Each paid plan is a subscription for a number of servers. One license key can be active on as many servers as you bought. Plans, limits and prices are shown on the pricing page.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through Cryptain. Crypto payments are not charged automatically: before each period we send an invoice with a payment link. A payment counts once the network confirms it. Taxes: [STATE HOW TAXES ARE HANDLED].

Renewal and late payment

If a renewal is not paid by its due date, your licenses keep working for 7 more days. After that your servers fall back to the free plan. Hosted accounts and websites keep running; only new accounts above the free limit and changes in premium modules are refused. Paying the invoice restores the plan.

Changes and cancellation

You can upgrade at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period. There is no notice period.
